We have upgraded the property inspection process whereby we now use an iPad to assist with carrying out the routine inspections. The report produced will now be sent electronically to you and we now have the ability to easily attach photographs when required as a picture paints a thousands words.
One of the most important steps to having good tenants and one of the biggest benefits we offer, is that we screen all prospective tenants. This is carried out thoroughly where all tenant references are followed up and a tenant database check is done. We on;ly wish to lease your property to well-credentialled tenants who are able to pay and have a good tenancy history. This level of diligence works very well for all concerned.
