Unit 1 Hedges is a spacious one-bedroom apartment on the Ground Level of the Hedges North building. The kitchen comes with stone benches, dishwasher, water-line for fridge and gas cooking. The open plan kitchen-dining-living area leads onto the large north-facing courtyard – perfect for indoor-outdoor living.

The master bedroom and living area have reverse cycle air-conditioning and there is plenty of storage space in the apartment. There are also fans in each room. A basement car parking space and storage cage are also included which is accessed by internal stairs.

The body corporate levies are approx $106 per week, which includes access to all facilities as well as the contribution to the Principal Body Corporate and building insurance. The apartment is leased at $400 per week to 10/09/2023.

As Sphere is located within walking distance to the Gold Coast University Hospital and the G-Link light rail, this is a very convenient place to live.  It is only minutes drive to Harbour Town Shopping Village and our world class beaches.
